Remade Network is a social enterprise running community repair and digital inclusion projects in order to tackle climate change and inequality.

We refurbish unwanted computers in order to distribute them to people who need them across Glasgow and we run the ‘Repair Stop’ in Govanhill which provides affordable consumer repairs in textiles, computers, phones and electrical goods.

20 IT Trainees (Full time, 6 months fixed-term) – (Deadline 13/01/22)

Remade and our partners NG Homes, Cranhill Development Trust, Parkhead Housing Association and DRC Employability are searching for 20 IT trainees (FTE) to participate in a vocational training programme at Remade’s new Repair Academy supported by the UK Government Community Renewal Fund. No formal qualifications are required but we are looking for a positive attitude, aptitude for practical skills and a willingness to learn.

Sales Manager (Full time) – (Deadline extended till 05/01/22)

We are looking for a Sales Manager to support us in the delivery of an ambitious UK Government funded project to build a repair economy in Glasgow, building repair facilities, digital inclusion projects, and training programmes across the city. You will establish e-commerce sales channels for refurbished computers, increasing retail sales in our Govanhill Shop and developing new sales partnerships across the city.

IT Repair Technician (Full time / Part time) (Open call)
We are looking for an IT and electrical repair technician to help repair computers, tablets and small household electrical items. You will work across our projects carrying out repairs and refurbishments to our IT stock, assist customers with enquiries, keep excellent records, and work across all areas of the business operations. Some training will be available.

We are looking for an experienced phone repair technician to join our amazing repair team. This is a practical role that involves repairing Apple and Android phones and, ideally laptops, desktop PCs as well.
